Insomnia?

Can't sleep? Join the crowd. ha I'm going to try this. Can't now. All our banana's are prasad now. Next time we get bhoga banana's I'm going to put one aside and make this tea! 

I do know bananas are one of the few foods to contain Dopamine, which converts to Serotonin - therefore it makes one feel good - a stress reliever.
